Shiplights indoor / outdoor half-moon sconce can be oriented to direct light up or down depending on the application. What separates our B-2 from similar looking fixtures is its heavy-duty, cast solid brass construction and long-term durability when exposed to the harsh ocean air. Unlike brass plated aluminum lights, our line of solid brass lighting will never rust or corrode over time – making it the ideal outdoor lighting for any beachfront project. Though typically considered an industrial / nautical wall lamp, our B-2 can best be described as a modern wall sconce when chrome or nickel plated. We’ve also recently added the option of a custom On/Off switch – making it a great choice for nautical bunk bed lighting! It has been compared to a Pelham Moon Light, Bari Vista and Wilmette Montrose Visor sconce, and installations have included private residences in Nantucket, MA, East Hampton, NY and Miami, FL.

Material: Solid Brass Construction
Maintenance: When used by the ocean or in extreme weather conditions, our lights will patina and eventually verdigris over time. Since our lights are solid brass or bronze, they will not rust, corrode or disintegrate. All finishes are living finishes and will continue to patina as they age. We always recommend routine maintenance including a gentle soap & water solution or butcher wax if trying to slow the natural aging process.
