Shiplights O-4 combines details of an industrial sconce with the durability of nautical design; and its solid brass construction ensures that it can weather the harshest of environments. The polished chrome version has been used as a very popular art deco sconce for several projects in Miami’s South Beach. This heavy duty Rectangular Cage Light has been compared to the 7373 Rectangular Bulkhead Ftting, Belmont Guard , LBL Clipper Light and Oceano transitional outdoor wall sconce. Recent installations include private residences in Palm Beach, FL , Falmouth, MA and Mamaroneck, NY; and the industrial chrome finished version was used at the Viceroy Resort and Hotel in Anguilla.

Material: Solid Brass Construction
Maintenance: When used by the ocean or in extreme weather conditions, our lights will patina and eventually verdigris over time. Since our lights are solid brass or bronze, they will not rust, corrode or disintegrate. All finishes are living finishes and will continue to patina as they age. We always recommend routine maintenance including a gentle soap & water solution or butcher wax if trying to slow the natural aging process.
