A traditional marine lantern, our solid brass anchor lights are available in 4 sizes and a variety of mounting options. Cast in Europe and assembled in the USA, our nautical lights are built to last. What makes Shiplights U-series different: all our hanging lights come UL listed with all necessary mounting hardware, and for pole mounting (TUB) lights: the overall height can be specified by each customer. Alternative mounting options also available including flush, chain mounts and wall sconces. Comparisons have been made to the Seafarer Light and Dockside Pendant. Our nautical lamps can be used both inside and outside; and come standard in both a coated and unlacquered brass, along with 10+ custom finish options. Recent installations include private residences in Corpus Christi, TX , Surf City, NJ and San Mateo, CA.
Lead Time: Standard finishes are typically in-stock; Custom finishes are 4-8 weeks unless in-stock (contact us for our list of in-stock custom finishes). Material: Solid Brass Construction
Maintenance: When used by the ocean or in extreme weather conditions, our lights will patina and eventually verdigris over time. Since our lights are solid brass or bronze, they will not rust, corrode or disintegrate. All finishes are living finishes and will continue to patina as they age. We always recommend routine maintenance including a gentle soap & water solution or butcher wax if trying to slow the natural aging process.
