Our hanging anchor light is a great example of a traditional nautical pendant. Borrowing from the classic Fresnel glass in a lighthouse, this marine-inspired lamp provides 360 degrees of amplified light. For an ‘extra’ nautical feel, a red or green bulb can be substituted for an authentic port & starboard design. Like all of our fixtures, our ship lanterns come UL Listed with the necessary chain and mounting hardware for a seamless installation. Recent projects include the Disney Polynesian hotel as well as private residences in Bal Harbour, FL and Cos Cob, CT.
Lead Time: Standard finishes are typically in-stock; Custom finishes are 4-8 weeks unless in-stock (contact us for our list of in-stock custom finishes). Material : Solid Brass Construction
Maintenance: When used by the ocean or in extreme weather conditions, our lights will patina and eventually verdigris over time. Since our lights are solid brass or bronze, they will not rust, corrode or disintegrate. All finishes are living finishes and will continue to patina as they age. We always recommend routine maintenance including a gentle soap & water solution or butcher wax if trying to slow the natural aging process.
